Pre-Order Policy

Last updated: January 5, 2026

This Pre-Order Policy explains how pre-orders placed on Kaikami are handled, including payment, release dates, supplier delays, allocations, cancellations, mixed orders, shipping, refunds and other situations that may arise before a product becomes available.

By placing an order for a product identified as a Pre-Order, you acknowledge that the item is not currently available for immediate shipment and agree to the conditions below.

1. What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve a product before it becomes available for regular shipment.

Pre-order products may include upcoming booster boxes, collection boxes, premium card collections, promotional products, starter decks, accessories or other trading card game products scheduled for future release.

The estimated availability or shipping date is displayed on the relevant product page whenever possible.

A pre-order does not mean that the product is already physically held in our warehouse at the time your order is placed.

2. Payment for Pre-Orders

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, payment for a pre-order is collected when the order is placed.

Placing and paying for a pre-order reserves stock for your order based on the allocation we expect to receive from our suppliers or distributors.

Your order confirmation means that we have successfully received your order. It does not constitute a guarantee that a manufacturer, distributor or supplier will deliver the originally expected quantity or release the product on the originally announced date.

3. Release Dates and Shipping Dates

Release dates are determined by manufacturers, distributors or licensors and may change at any time.

The date displayed on a Kaikami product page may represent:

Official Release Date: the date announced by the manufacturer or distributor.

Kaikami Shipping Date: the date from which we expect to begin dispatching customer orders.

These dates are not necessarily the same.

When a product page states that shipping begins on a specific date, that date represents the earliest expected dispatch date, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Orders are generally processed progressively once stock becomes available.

4. Pre-Order Dates Are Estimates

All release dates, pre-release dates and shipping dates are provided in good faith based on the information available to us at the time.

Dates may be changed due to circumstances including manufacturer delays, distributor delays, logistics disruptions, production issues, licensing changes, customs delays, regional release differences or other circumstances outside Kaikami's control.

If a release date changes, your pre-order will normally remain active and will be fulfilled once the product becomes available.

A delay alone does not automatically cancel your order.

Where applicable law gives you additional rights because of a significant delay, those rights remain unaffected.

5. Supplier and Distributor Delays

Trading card game releases are often supplied through manufacturers and authorized distribution networks.

As a result, Kaikami may occasionally receive stock later than the official release date.

For example, a product may officially release on one date while our allocated inventory reaches us several days or weeks later.

In such cases, orders will be dispatched as soon as the relevant stock arrives and has been processed.

We will not substitute another product without your agreement.

6. Supplier Allocations and Reduced Quantities

Some highly anticipated products may be subject to supplier allocation.

This means that a distributor may confirm a quantity and later reduce the amount supplied to retailers.

Although we make every reasonable effort to secure sufficient inventory, supplier allocations are outside our direct control.

If the quantity received is lower than expected, Kaikami may fulfill orders progressively based on available stock and order timing.

If we determine that we will ultimately be unable to fulfill your pre-order, the affected item will be cancelled and the amount paid for that item will be refunded to the original payment method.

We will never intentionally keep payment for a product we know we cannot supply.

7. Partial Stock Arrivals

Some releases may arrive in several separate shipments.

For example, we may receive 60% of our allocation first and the remaining stock later.

In this situation, orders may be dispatched progressively as inventory arrives.

Customers whose orders are not included in the first shipment will remain reserved for the next available allocation unless the order is cancelled in accordance with applicable law or this policy.

8. Mixed Orders Containing Pre-Order and In-Stock Products

If your order contains both in-stock products and pre-order products, the entire order may be held until all items are available.

This allows the order to be shipped together as a single shipment.

If you would like an in-stock item to ship separately, please contact support@kaikami.com before the order has been prepared.

Additional shipping charges may apply to separate shipments.

Kaikami is not required to automatically split mixed orders.

9. Orders Containing Multiple Pre-Order Products

If your order contains several pre-order products with different release dates, the order may be shipped when the last product becomes available.

For example, if one product becomes available in October and another in November, the entire order may be held until November.

If separate shipping is available and requested, additional shipping costs may apply.

10. Shipping After Release

Once a pre-order becomes available, orders are prepared and dispatched progressively.

High-demand releases may require additional processing time due to the volume of orders being handled.

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are generally:

  • United States: 7–10 business days
  • Europe: 5–7 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–12 business days

These timeframes are estimates and begin after the parcel has been dispatched.

They do not include the waiting period before a pre-order becomes available.

Carrier delays, customs inspections and local delivery conditions may extend these estimates.

11. Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If your address changes before your pre-order ships, contact us as soon as possible at:

support@kaikami.com

We will attempt to update the address if the parcel has not yet entered the fulfillment process.

Once an order has been packed, transferred to a carrier or otherwise locked for fulfillment, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address.

Kaikami cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.

12. Changes to a Pre-Order

Requests to add, remove or exchange products within an existing pre-order are not guaranteed.

Depending on the status of the order, we may ask you to place a separate order instead.

Changing an order may also affect shipping costs, promotional discounts or availability.

13. Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders are placed specifically to reserve upcoming inventory.

For this reason, we ask customers to place pre-orders only when they are comfortable waiting for the announced or estimated availability date.

Cancellation requests should be sent to support@kaikami.com as soon as possible.

Depending on the status of the order, supplier commitments and applicable consumer law, cancellation may not always be possible.

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, withdrawal or refund right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

14. Release Date Changes Do Not Automatically Cancel an Order

A manufacturer or distributor changing a release date does not automatically invalidate or cancel a pre-order.

Your reservation will normally remain active for the updated release.

If a delay becomes substantial and applicable law gives you the right to terminate the purchase, those legal rights remain unaffected.

15. Product Packaging or Design Changes

Manufacturers sometimes change packaging, promotional artwork, card designs, product names, box layouts or product specifications before final release.

Product images displayed during a pre-order period may therefore be provisional.

Where the essential nature of the product remains the same, minor packaging or visual changes do not normally constitute grounds for cancellation.

If a manufacturer materially changes the contents of a product, we may update the product page as soon as reliable information becomes available.

16. Randomized Trading Card Products

Many One Piece Card Game and other TCG products contain randomized cards.

Images of specific cards shown on a product page are illustrative unless the listing expressly states that those cards are guaranteed contents.

Purchasing a booster box, booster pack or other randomized product does not guarantee any particular:

card, rarity, character, artwork, parallel, alternate art, Secret Rare, Manga Rare, Super Parallel, Leader card or other collectible treatment.

Pull rates are determined by the manufacturer and are outside Kaikami's control.

17. Factory-Sealed Products

Pre-order products are supplied as brand-new and factory sealed unless the product listing clearly states otherwise.

Minor cosmetic imperfections to outer packaging caused during manufacturing or distribution do not necessarily mean that the product is defective.

Collector-grade packaging condition cannot be guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

18. Price Changes After Your Order

Once a pre-order has been accepted and paid, later increases or decreases in the market price do not normally change the price of your existing order.

If the market price increases after purchase, we will not request an additional payment solely because of that increase.

Likewise, a later promotional price or market decrease does not automatically entitle an existing order to a partial refund.

This does not apply where an obvious pricing or technical error occurred.

19. Pricing Errors

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, listing or technical errors.

If a product was listed at a clearly incorrect price due to a technical or administrative mistake, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Where appropriate, you may then be offered the opportunity to reorder at the correct price.

20. Product Cancellation by the Manufacturer

Occasionally, a manufacturer may cancel a product entirely.

If this occurs and the product will no longer be supplied, Kaikami will cancel the affected pre-order and refund the amount paid for that product to the original payment method.

21. Cancellation by Kaikami

Kaikami may cancel a pre-order when reasonably necessary, including situations involving:

supplier cancellation or insufficient allocation, product discontinuation, obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, sanctions or legal restrictions, inability to ship legally to the destination, or circumstances making fulfillment impossible.

If Kaikami cancels a paid pre-order because we cannot supply the product, the affected amount will be refunded.

22. International Orders

Pre-orders may be shipped internationally where delivery is available.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase may legally be imported into their destination country.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or other local charges.

Unless explicitly collected at checkout, these charges remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs processing can also delay delivery after dispatch.

23. Changes to Import Rules or Shipping Restrictions

International regulations and carrier restrictions may change between the date a pre-order is placed and the date the item becomes available.

If we become legally or practically unable to ship your order to your destination, we will contact you where appropriate and may cancel and refund the affected order.

24. Lost Packages

Once a parcel has been dispatched, tracking information will normally be provided.

If tracking indicates an unusual delay or the parcel appears to be lost, contact support@kaikami.com.

We may need to open an investigation with the shipping carrier before providing a replacement or refund.

Carrier investigations can take time and must generally be completed before a parcel is formally considered lost.

25. Damaged Packages

If a pre-order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please retain the product and all packaging and provide clear photographs showing the damage, parcel, packaging and shipping label.

Do not discard damaged packaging before your request has been reviewed.

We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution where applicable.

26. Incorrect Products

If you receive a product different from the item ordered, please contact support@kaikami.com with your order number and photographs.

Do not open or remove the seal from an incorrectly supplied item unless instructed to do so.

Where we confirm that an error occurred on our side, we will provide appropriate instructions and cover the necessary return arrangements.

27. Returns After Delivery

Once a pre-order has been delivered, eligible returns are handled according to our Refund Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy.

Products must generally remain unused, unopened and factory sealed to qualify for a standard return, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.

Opened randomized trading card products cannot generally be returned simply because the cards obtained were not the cards expected or desired.

28. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the bank, card provider or payment service used.

Kaikami cannot control how long a financial institution takes to display a refund after it has been submitted.

29. Promotional Codes and Discounts

If a pre-order was purchased using a discount code, promotion or other special offer, any refund will be based on the amount actually paid.

Discounts cannot normally be converted into cash.

If cancelling one item causes an order to no longer meet the conditions of a promotion, the refund may be adjusted where permitted by applicable law and the terms of that promotion.

30. Free Shipping Thresholds

If a pre-order originally qualified for free shipping and a modification or cancellation reduces the remaining order below the applicable free-shipping threshold, additional shipping costs may apply where legally permitted and before the remaining order is dispatched.

31. Force Majeure and Events Outside Our Control

Kaikami cannot guarantee release or delivery dates where delays are caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include transport disruptions, natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, manufacturer production problems, distributor failures, international restrictions, government measures, cyber incidents, severe weather or major carrier disruptions.

We will nevertheless make reasonable efforts to fulfill affected orders as soon as circumstances allow.

32. Fraud Prevention and Payment Verification

Pre-orders may be subject to standard fraud-prevention and payment-verification procedures.

We may request additional information where necessary to verify an order.

Orders presenting a significant fraud or payment risk may be delayed or cancelled.

33. Communication

Important information regarding a pre-order may be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their contact information remains accurate and for checking relevant email folders, including spam or junk folders.

34. Relationship With Other Kaikami Policies

This Pre-Order Policy should be read together with our:

Terms & Conditions, Shipping & Returns Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

If this policy conflicts with a mandatory right granted under applicable consumer law, the mandatory legal right will prevail.
