Terms & Conditions
Last updated: January 5, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of kaikami.com and all purchases made through the Kaikami online store.
By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order or purchasing a product from Kaikami, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy, Refund Policy and Pre-Order Policy.
Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
1. About Kaikami
The Kaikami online store is operated by:
KINGUITCG
French Simplified Joint-Stock Company with a sole shareholder (SASU)
6 Rue des Clemences
86110 Coussay
France
SIRET: 105 608 020 00019
Email: support@kaikami.com
Kaikami specializes in trading card game products, including sealed One Piece Card Game products, booster boxes, starter decks, promotional products, collector products and related merchandise.
2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to purchases made through kaikami.com by consumers.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions applicable at the time of purchase.
Specific products may also be subject to additional conditions displayed on their product pages, particularly:
Pre-order products, limited-edition products, promotional products, randomized products and special releases.
Where product-specific information supplements these Terms, both sets of conditions apply.
Where mandatory consumer law conflicts with any provision of these Terms, the mandatory legal provision will prevail.
3. Eligibility to Purchase
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract in your jurisdiction.
If you are under the legal age required to enter into such a contract, an order must be placed with the authorization and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to complete the transaction.
4. Products
Kaikami sells trading card game products and collectibles that may include:
Booster Boxes · Booster Packs · Double Packs · Starter Decks · Tins · Premium Card Collections · Illustration Boxes · Promotional Cards · Collection Boxes · Accessories · Limited Editions · Pre-Order Products · Other TCG-related items.
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, products are sold brand-new and factory sealed.
Individual cards or products sold in a different condition will be clearly identified where applicable.
5. Product Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, contents, specifications, languages, release information and other details.
However, manufacturers may modify:
- Product packaging
- Promotional artwork
- Product names
- Release dates
- Card illustrations
- Product contents
- Specifications
- Regional packaging
- Promotional materials
before or after a product is announced.
Images may occasionally be manufacturer previews, promotional renders or representative images.
Minor differences between promotional images and the final retail product do not necessarily constitute a defect.
6. Product Language and Region
The language and regional edition of a product will normally be identified on its product page.
Customers are responsible for checking this information before ordering.
For example, a listing may identify a product as:
English, Japanese, North America Exclusive, Japanese Limited Edition or another regional edition.
Purchasing the wrong language or regional version because the information was not reviewed before checkout does not make the product defective.
7. Trading Card Game Products
Trading card game products can contain randomized contents.
Unless a product description specifically guarantees a particular card or item, purchasing a sealed product does not guarantee any specific:
Card · Character · Rarity · Parallel · Alternate Art · Manga Rare · Secret Rare · Super Rare · Leader Card · Super Parallel · Promotional Treatment · Artwork · Market Value.
Pull rates and card distribution are controlled by the manufacturer and are outside Kaikami's control.
8. Randomized Contents
Booster packs, booster boxes and other randomized products are sold based on the sealed product itself and not on the specific cards that may be obtained after opening.
A product is therefore not considered defective simply because:
- A desired card was not obtained
- A particular rarity was not pulled
- Duplicate cards were obtained
- The cards have a lower resale value than expected
- The contents differ from online opening videos or community-reported pull rates
Manufacturer collation and randomized contents may vary.
9. Factory Seals and Packaging
Where a product is advertised as factory sealed, we supply it in its original sealed condition as received through our supply chain.
TCG packaging may occasionally have minor cosmetic imperfections caused during manufacturing, distribution or transportation.
Examples may include slight dents, small scratches, minor corner wear, shrink-wrap marks or minor box imperfections.
Unless specifically advertised as such, Kaikami does not guarantee perfect collector-grade outer packaging.
Material damage affecting the product itself remains subject to applicable consumer rights and our Refund Policy.
10. Prices
Prices displayed on kaikami.com are shown in the currency selected or displayed by the website.
The final amount payable will be shown during checkout before the order is confirmed.
Prices may change at any time before an order is placed.
Once an order has been accepted, subsequent changes in the market value of a product do not normally affect the agreed purchase price.
11. Trading Card Market Fluctuations
Trading card products may increase or decrease significantly in value after release.
The secondary-market value of a sealed product or individual card is independent from the original retail transaction.
A later decrease in:
- Market value
- Resale value
- Collector demand
- Card price
- Sealed-product price
does not create an automatic right to a refund or price adjustment.
Likewise, Kaikami will not request additional payment simply because a product increases in value after an accepted order has been placed.
12. Pricing Errors
Despite reasonable efforts, technical, administrative or display errors may occasionally cause an incorrect price to appear.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, Kaikami may refuse or cancel the affected transaction before fulfillment and refund any amount already paid.
We will not use this provision simply because the normal market price of a collectible increases after an order has been accepted.
13. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional codes may be subject to specific conditions including:
- Minimum order value
- Eligible products
- Eligible countries
- Validity period
- Usage limitations
- Customer eligibility
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined.
Promotional discounts have no independent cash value.
Kaikami may cancel or restrict promotions where fraud, technical errors or misuse are detected.
14. Free Shipping
Kaikami may offer free shipping when an order reaches the applicable minimum purchase amount.
Unless otherwise stated, our standard free-shipping threshold is:
$100
Eligibility may depend on destination, product type or temporary promotional conditions.
The shipping methods available for an eligible order will be displayed during checkout.
15. Order Process
To place an order, customers must select their products, provide the required information, choose an available delivery method, select a payment method and confirm the purchase.
Customers have the opportunity to review their order before completing checkout.
You are responsible for verifying:
- Products
- Quantities
- Product language
- Product edition
- Shipping address
- Billing information
- Email address
- Applicable pre-order dates
- Final price
before confirming the order.
16. Order Confirmation
After an order is placed, an order confirmation will normally be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order.
We reserve the right to perform payment, fraud, inventory or security checks before fulfillment.
An order may be cancelled where fulfillment is impossible or where there is a legitimate reason to refuse the transaction, including suspected fraud, payment failure, obvious pricing error, legal restriction or unavailable inventory.
If we cancel a paid order that cannot be supplied, the relevant amount will be refunded.
17. Payment
Payment is normally required at checkout.
Available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process and may vary depending on the customer's location.
Payment processing may be provided by Shopify or third-party payment providers.
Customers confirm that they are authorized to use the payment method selected.
Kaikami may delay or cancel fulfillment where payment authorization fails or where a transaction requires additional security verification.
18. Fraud Prevention
Orders may be screened for fraud and security risks.
This may include automated or manual review of transaction information.
We reserve the right to request reasonable verification information before processing an order where necessary to prevent fraud.
Orders involving suspected:
- Unauthorized payment methods
- Fraudulent activity
- Identity misuse
- Payment abuse
- Chargeback abuse
- Suspicious purchasing behavior
may be delayed or cancelled.
19. Pre-Orders
Products identified as Pre-Order are products that are not available for immediate dispatch.
Payment may be collected when the pre-order is placed.
The product page will normally provide an estimated release date, availability date or Kaikami shipping start date.
The displayed shipping start date represents the date from which we expect to begin fulfilling orders and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Pre-orders are also governed by our separate Pre-Order Policy.
20. Pre-Order Release Dates
Release dates are established by manufacturers, licensors or distributors and may change.
Kaikami cannot control manufacturer or distributor delays.
Pre-orders may also be affected by:
- Production delays
- Supplier delays
- Allocation reductions
- Customs delays
- Logistics disruptions
- Regional release changes
- Licensing changes
- Product postponements
A change to a manufacturer release date does not automatically cancel an order.
Mandatory customer rights relating to delayed performance remain unaffected.
21. Pre-Order Allocations
Some high-demand TCG products are supplied to retailers through allocations.
A distributor may reduce the quantity originally expected by Kaikami.
Where this happens, we may fulfill orders progressively as stock arrives.
If we ultimately determine that an order cannot be fulfilled, we will cancel the affected product and refund the amount paid for that product.
22. Mixed Orders
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order products may be held until all products are available.
Orders containing multiple pre-order products with different release dates may similarly be held until the latest item becomes available.
Customers wishing to request separate shipping should contact:
Additional shipping costs may apply.
Separate shipment cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started.
23. Shipping
Kaikami ships internationally to supported destinations.
Orders for in-stock products are generally processed within 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends, public holidays and exceptional high-volume periods.
Pre-order products are processed according to the availability information displayed on their respective product pages.
24. Estimated Delivery Times
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are generally:
United States: 7–10 business days
Europe: 5–7 business days
Rest of the World: 7–12 business days
These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery commitments.
Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, peak seasons, local postal networks or circumstances outside Kaikami's reasonable control.
25. Tracking
Where tracking is available, shipping confirmation and tracking information will normally be sent after dispatch.
Tracking may require some time after shipment to become active within the carrier's system.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and collecting parcels from pickup locations when required.
26. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please check your address carefully before completing your purchase.
If an address needs to be changed before dispatch, contact:
We will attempt to make the requested change where possible.
However, address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process.
27. Failed Delivery and Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned because of circumstances attributable to the recipient, including an incorrect address or failure to collect the shipment, additional shipping costs may apply before reshipment.
If the customer requests a refund instead, any refund will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and our Refund Policy.
28. Customs, Import Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to:
- Import duties
- Customs charges
- VAT
- Brokerage fees
- Local taxes
- Other import-related charges
Unless expressly included or collected during checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products purchased from Kaikami can legally be imported into their destination country.
Kaikami cannot control customs procedures or guarantee how quickly a parcel will clear customs.
29. Customs Refusal
If a customer refuses to pay legally applicable customs or import charges and the parcel is returned to us, the order will be reviewed once the goods are received.
Where permitted by applicable law, costs caused by the failed delivery or return may be taken into account when calculating any refund.
30. Transfer of Risk
For consumer purchases, responsibility for loss or damage during transport remains governed by applicable consumer law and the delivery arrangements used for the order.
Customers should contact Kaikami promptly if a parcel arrives materially damaged or does not arrive as expected.
31. Lost Parcels
If a shipment appears to be lost, please contact:
We may need to open an investigation with the relevant carrier.
A carrier investigation may need to progress before a parcel can formally be considered lost and an appropriate remedy determined.
32. Damaged Orders
If an order arrives damaged, please retain:
- The product
- Shipping box or envelope
- Protective packaging
- Shipping label
and contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Photographs may be required to evaluate the claim or submit a carrier investigation.
33. Incorrect or Missing Products
If you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your order, contact:
Please provide your order number and photographs where relevant.
Do not open an incorrectly supplied sealed product unless instructed to do so.
Where we confirm that an error occurred, we will provide an appropriate remedy.
34. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers benefiting from a statutory right of withdrawal may exercise that right in accordance with applicable law.
For eligible distance contracts in France and the European Union, consumers generally benefit from a 14-day withdrawal period for goods, subject to the legal conditions and exceptions applicable to the transaction. Service Public
Customers wishing to exercise a statutory withdrawal right should contact:
The customer does not need to provide a reason where the statutory right of withdrawal applies.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove a withdrawal right granted by mandatory law.
35. Returns
Eligible returns are governed by our Refund Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy.
Products should generally be returned:
- Unused
- Unopened
- Complete
- In their original condition
- Factory sealed where applicable
Opening collectible or randomized TCG products may affect their eligibility for a voluntary return because the condition and collectible value of the product may be permanently altered.
Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
36. Opened TCG Products
Opened trading card products cannot normally be returned simply because the customer is dissatisfied with the randomized cards obtained.
This includes opened:
Booster Packs · Booster Boxes · Starter Decks · Double Packs · Tins · Collection Boxes · Premium Collections · Other Randomized TCG Products.
This does not affect claims relating to genuine defects, non-conformity or other mandatory legal rights.
37. Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method.
The time required for funds to appear after a refund has been submitted depends on the customer's payment provider or financial institution.
Refunds may be subject to the conditions set out in our Refund Policy.
38. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
Mandatory legal guarantees apply independently from Kaikami's voluntary return policies.
Under French consumer law, eligible consumers purchasing from a professional seller benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity. For goods, claims under this guarantee may generally be made within two years from delivery, subject to the applicable statutory conditions. economie.gouv.fr
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits this guarantee.
39. Hidden Defects
Customers may also have rights relating to hidden defects under applicable French law where the statutory conditions are satisfied.
These rights exist independently from any commercial warranty or voluntary Kaikami return policy.
40. Manufacturer Support
Certain manufacturing issues may also be handled through Bandai or another relevant manufacturer.
However, where Kaikami is legally responsible as the seller, directing a customer to a manufacturer does not remove Kaikami's mandatory obligations.
French consumer guidance confirms that the professional seller remains responsible toward the customer for the legal guarantee of conformity. economie.gouv.fr
41. Authenticity
Kaikami aims to supply authentic trading card products through professional sourcing channels.
Products identified as official Bandai One Piece Card Game products are sold as genuine products.
Any concern regarding authenticity should be reported immediately to:

- Release dates
- Inventory
- Images
- Specifications

Where an error is identified, we may correct it.
Any effect on an existing order will be assessed in accordance with applicable law and the nature of the error.

Where the website allows customers to submit reviews, photographs or other content, the customer must have the right to submit such material.

- Legal conformity guarantees
- Defective products
- Fraud

Kaikami does not provide investment advice and does not guarantee the future value of trading cards or sealed products.
Collector-product prices can be volatile.
Any decision to purchase products for collection, play or resale purposes remains the customer's own decision.
56. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe there is a problem with an order, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback:
This allows us to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue efficiently.
Where a chargeback is fraudulent or factually incorrect, Kaikami may provide relevant transaction records, tracking information and correspondence to the payment provider.
This does not restrict a customer's legitimate right to dispute an unauthorized or improperly processed transaction.
57. Consumer Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact Kaikami first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

60. Disputes and Jurisdiction
We encourage customers to contact us first in the event of a dispute.
Where an amicable solution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable procedural and consumer-protection law.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply where legally possible.
