Shipping policy
At Kaikami, we aim to provide a reliable and transparent shipping experience for all orders.
Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 24-48 business hours, excluding weekends, public holidays and pre-order products.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
United States: 7–10 business days
Europe: 5–7 business days
Rest of the World: 7–12 business days
These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.
Free shipping is available on orders over $100, unless otherwise stated during a promotional period.
International Shipping
Kaikami ships to customers worldwide.
Certain destinations may occasionally be unavailable due to carrier restrictions, customs regulations, international sanctions, security concerns or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered from Kaikami can legally be imported into their country.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other local charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price unless explicitly stated at checkout and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Kaikami cannot control or predict customs charges.
Pre-Orders
Products marked as Pre-Order will be shipped according to the availability date displayed on the relevant product page.
Any stated shipping date represents the date from which Kaikami expects to begin dispatching orders and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the order may be held until all items are available for shipment unless otherwise stated.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at support@kaikami.com as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label when applicable.
We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
Returns
Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In its original condition
- Factory sealed where applicable
- Returned with its original packaging
Returns must be approved by Kaikami before being sent back.
To request a return, contact support@kaikami.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene, authenticity and collectible-value reasons, the following products cannot normally be returned once opened:
- Booster packs
- Booster boxes with the factory seal removed
- Starter decks with the seal removed
- Tins and collection boxes that have been opened
- Randomized or sealed trading card products once opened
- Products showing signs of use, damage or alteration after delivery
Pre-order cancellations may also be subject to the conditions stated in our Pre-Order Policy.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by an error on our part or the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Kaikami cannot be held responsible for returned parcels lost or damaged during transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Kaikami.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.
